I’m Alex Brown, a professional organizer and productivity consultant based in Boston, MA.
I work with individuals, households, and small businesses who feel overwhelmed by spaces, routines, or systems that don’t feel manageable. That might look like a home that doesn't feel functional, routines that aren’t holding, or paper and digital systems that have become difficult to maintain.
My approach is collaborative and practical. Together, we clarify what matters, identify what’s getting in the way, and create routines, spaces, and workflows that fit how you actually live — not how you think you should. The goal is more clarity and breathing room, not a picture-perfect result.
My background includes over a decade coordinating complex workflows, schedules, documentation, and communication across legal, nonprofit, and administrative environments. It’s also shaped by personal experience balancing work, parenting, homeschooling, and learning firsthand how important calm, functional systems can be during overwhelming seasons of life.
